Founded and led by Chris Pellett, the business takes a practical and commercially focused approach to development, with projects typically ranging between £4 million and £8 million GDV.
Founder Story
Chris is a Petersfield-based entrepreneur with a background spanning property, events and commercial project delivery.
Prior to transitioning into full-scale property development, Chris built experience through buy-to-let property investment alongside a long-standing career within the events and entertainment industry, delivering large-scale productions, commercial events and operational projects across Hampshire and the South.
Alongside property development, Chris is also co-founder of Entertainment Events Ltd — a Hampshire-based events company responsible for a growing programme of festivals, concerts and large-scale community events with profits distributed to charity and community causes
